3.1. No Legal Action: By creating an account or signing up on Suggest Solutions, you agree that you will not file a complaint in any police station or court against Suggest Solutions, Bonnie Foi Technology, its owners, employees, or affiliates. Any dispute arising out of the use of the website will be resolved solely between users without involving Bonnie Foi Technology.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bonnie Foi Technology is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in Bhopal Court only.

Bonnie Foi Technology reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Suggest Solutions following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Cash Prizes and Payouts

8.1. Cash Prizes: From January 1, 2025, Suggest Solutions will offer cash prizes of Rs. 10,000 daily to 3 users and 3 experts. This offer is conditional upon having 50,000 registered experts, each with a 1-year subscription plan. If this target is not met, the cash prize amount may vary.

8.2. Payout Time Limit: All payouts for cash prizes will be processed within 7 working days.
